Frank Clay will be joining a panel to discuss the legacy of his father: Francis Clay Sr. who was one of the first Equal Employment Opportunity Officers in the country and implemented the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972 which is the act which gave the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) authority to sue in federal courts when it finds reasonable cause to believe that there has been employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
